The stages work passes through

Work rarely moves in a straight line. A deliverable goes to internal review, comes back with notes, goes to the client, waits, and returns with another round. Bridge X models those stages directly instead of leaving them as free-text labels:

  1. To do and Doing for work that has not started or is in progress.
  2. Blocked, with a reason, for anything waiting on an asset, a decision or a person.
  3. Internal review and Client review, so you can see how many tasks are waiting on your team and how many on the client.
  4. Done, with the history of every earlier change kept.

What you can see at a glance

Beyond tasks

Depending on the plan, the same workspace covers timesheets and attendance (Team), and a sales pipeline, proposals, invoicing, accounting books and a client portal (Business). Each plan is a separate package, so a team only sees the screens it needs. Details are on the plans page.

Start from the spreadsheet you already have

Most teams already track work in Excel. Bridge X imports that file, shows what it will change before saving, and can undo the import. Read the Excel tracker alternative guide or the import walkthrough.

Frequently asked questions

What should project management software for a team or agency track?

At minimum: each project and its tasks, who owns each task, the stage it is in (including internal review and client review), due dates, and anything blocking it. Beyond that, teams usually need hours against projects, invoices tied to the work and a way to share progress with clients.

Does Bridge X have a client review status?

Yes. Tasks move through To do, Doing, Blocked, Internal review, Client review and Done. A task blocked while waiting on a client carries a reason, and the number of days it has been in that status is shown.

Can clients see their projects?

On the Business plan each client can get an isolated portal login to follow their own projects. The Team plan is for internal collaboration only.

Does it handle timesheets and invoicing?

Timesheets and attendance are part of the Team plan. Invoicing, accounting books, proposals and the client portal are part of the Business plan.

Can we start with our current spreadsheets?

Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV tracker and Bridge X maps the columns and shows a preview before saving anything. See the import guide.

What does Bridge X cost for a small team?

Team is $29 per month for up to 20 people. Business is $79 per month for up to 50 people. Both are charged in rupees through Razorpay and can be cancelled anytime.
